POP UP ART EXHIBITION ‘CHRONICLES OF AN ICON’

Bomb Shelter was proud to host a pop up art exhibition titled, Chronicles of an Icon, in collaboration with Electrica Gallery. The exhibition took place May 18, 2019 in Wynwood, and was well received.

Chronicles of an Icon showcased the vibrant pop art works by artists Oliver Lutaud and Miles Durango. The mixed media and acrylic pieces featured pop icons such as Betty Page, David Lynch and Frita Kahlo to name a few.

The exhibition put the viewer in front of a bright and colorful representation of retro pop/celebrity culture, through the eyes of these two artists.

Stay tuned for our next art exhibition or event.
