MEXICAN ARTIST Sunenesu PAINTS MAYAN SERPENT GOD IN MIAMI
Bomb Shelter is happy to showcase a new addition to our curated outdoor penthouse street art gallery in Downtown Miami. The new graffiti art mural is of Mayan Serpent God Kukulkan, with bold neon colors.
This colorful and very unique mural was painted by Mexican artist Sunenesu and brings a touch of Mexican culture to the private space. This residential outdoor gallery features graffiti and street artist from different parts of the globe. It is a mini version of Wynwood in a home.
Kukulkan, also spelled K’uk’ulkan, /kuːkʊlˈkɑːn/ (“Plumed Serpent”, “Feathered Serpent”) is the name of a Mesoamerican serpent deity. Prior to the Spanish Conquest of the Yucatán, Kukulkan was worshipped by the Yucatec Maya people of the Yucatán Peninsula, in what is now Mexico.
Check out the photos from her graffiti mural in the gallery below. This graffiti project was created with Loop and Kobra spray paint provided by Bomb Shelter.
