MIRA’s art and fashion apparel consists of an urban flare, originally inspired by graffiti art walls she would read while living in Rome. MIRA’s art is composed of many elements, varying from graphic design, wheat paste, acrylic, spray paint, markers, stencils, and magazine collages.

MIRA’s Pop Art Purses are hand painted and each one is different and unique. They usually have her trademark “The Eye of Truth”  to remind people to live their lives in alignment.

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

MIRA is an Italian-American mixed media pop artist currently living in Miami. It often includes bubble letters, paint drips and graffiti scribbles— finishing touches that give it a “street” effect. MIRA paints bright and colorful backgrounds, adding multiple layers to make each piece intriguing and unique. As an underlying principle, she creates fun yet meaningful art that ignites an instant connection through cultural iconography. MIRA also uses her trademark “The Eye of Truth”  to remind people to live their lives in alignment.

MIRA’s  logo is “Er Cervello,” which means “the brain” in Roman dialect. Er Cervello was born from a dream she had in 2015 of a brain smoking a cigarette while talking to her. The brain was female, she was bold and funny, and eventually became MIRA’s  alter ego. Er Cervello is used as her street tag to make provocative statements about life and society, as well as spirituality and health.
